Yes, but please contact us first to arrange a time. We are based near Dorchester in Dorset.

As our products are personalised to order they can take up to 10 days to complete, however we aim to do them sooner if we are not busy.

We accept credit card via Stripe, bank transfer or cheque. Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment via credit card over the phone.

We use Stripe which is a standard payments system. Your credit card details are not stored on our website.

At checkout, specify the text you require on your item in the Engraving fields. If you would like your text laid out in a specific way, include this in the Order Notes field, otherwise we will use our extensive experience and discretion for the layout.

When you order an item, you will be asked to enter the text you would like engraved. If you want more than the maximum number of characters allowed, contact us to check if the amount of text you want is possible. This may incur an additional charge.

We are able to engrave some logos, depending on the complexity and shades. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will let you know if it’s possible and a price. We are not able to engrave photographs.

We will email you to notify you if your order is out of stock and will give you an estimated delivery date.

We can engrave many of your own items, but unfortunately not jewellery. Please contact us to check we can engrave your item or book an appointment, sometimes we will need to see the item first if we are not sure about the material or shape. When you visit us, please make sure the item is clearly labelled with the text to be engraved and your contact details.

Please email us details of your order and we will process your order manually. We will then email you an invoice for payment.
