Delivery & returns


We currently only accept orders from the UK. Once you submit your order we will give you an order number. Acceptance of your order is on receipt of your payment, and we will contact you if there is any issue with your payment. If you do not want to order online, we are happy that you contact us and place your order by email or phone. If for any reason a product in your order is not available, we will contact you with an alternative.


Postage is £1.50 on pet tags, miniature and boat signs.

All other items cost £ 3.95 (Band A) or £ 5.95 (Band B) for Royal Mail First Class postage. 

The postage rate is shown in the item description, or by selecting shipping costs on the item. If multiple Band A items are chosen, the Band B rate will usually apply after 4 items. If orders have multiple postage options, the highest postage rate will apply.

Our delivery options usually take 1 to 2 days to reach you once dispatched, however we cannot guarantee this as are dependant on Royal Mail.


We aim to dispatch your order within a week of receiving payment, but will let you know if we cannot do this for any reason. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class as standard.

We cannot accept responsibility if orders are lost, stolen or arrive damaged in transit.

Returns policy

Items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. This does not apply to engraved or personalised items. Postage and packing charges will not be refunded. Please contact us within 24 hours, including photos, if your items are broken upon delivery.
